Kyra is an active member in our community. She is a self-starter and a real enterprising person. She gave us an honest review of our home’s strengths and weaknesses. She also has a background in staging homes, so she gave us great suggestions on ways; we could improve our home’s appeal. Kyra even went so far as to research lighting and bedding options and sent us links to save us time. She did all this before we even signed with her! After we signed with her, she provided us with bedding and pillows for one of our rooms. We are detail-oriented people. Kyra got a lot of emails and texts from us with questions. Kyra answered every question and walked us through every element of the process. We knew she had several other clients but we always felt like we were her top priority. Krya spent an extensive amount of time with us explaining what was going on in the FL housing market and what would be the best strategy to sell our house. She was spot on! Here are some other details that made this experience exceptional. Kyra took a large tote we had of house warranties, receipts, etc. and organized it all into a large binder so potential buyers could review the information easily. It had to have taken hours to put it together but potential buyers love it. The binder of information was an advantage for us because anyone can say their house is “well maintained” but the binder of information was proof. Kyra had the forethought to contacted roofers and pool manufactures to get quotes so potential buyers would have this information on hand when viewing the home. While we were out of town, Kyra did several open houses for us, which we truly appreciated. I could go on and on about the exceptional service we received from Kyra. She made the process of selling our home a great experience! We are so thankful we choose Kyra.
