First of all forgive my English, otherwise I can do better with the review. My English level is not good enough to express my gratitude for everything Kevin did for us during the whole transition. His expertise his patience his network his thoughtfulness and……are really expressive. We went through a lot together, I can’t imagine I can get this sale done without Kevin. Even though it’s a long exhausting process, having Devin is a big relief and peace in mind for me. I will give Kevin 12 out of 10 without any hesitation! Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with Kevin as first time home-buyers. Details to follow, but we would absolutely recommend Kevin to any other home-buyers, and especially first timers such as ourselves. He helped us so much to succeed at a daunting task, and we are now in a home we love! Throughout the process, Kevin was always responsive, prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was able to strike the perfect balance of keeping us informed and offering information from his own experience without us feeling like we were being pressured or rushed into anything while thinking through our decisions. His patience was notable, especially as first time home-buyers who had many questions. We also found that he was very clear about what would happen at each stage of the process; finding and touring listings, what goes into making an offer, how to coordinate an inspection, negotiating with the sellers, and all the parts of closing. During the search, Kevin would send us listings that fit what we were looking for, and would reach out to get more information from the sellers' agent on any we were interested in. When touring the properties, he would offer insight on the condition of the home, what to be looking for on the walk-throughs, and what was notable (good or bad) about a given property. Kevin was always clear where he felt unsure or that something was outside of his expertise and might need the evaluation of a different professional, he was dedicated to providing us with accurate information rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Ultimately, we were able to purchase our home because of Kevin's hard work. He got us a private viewing the same day the listing hit the market, and we were able to put in an offer before the scheduled open houses happened. Through the experience we gained and what we learned from Kevin in the search leading up to it, we felt confident and well-positioned to take the opportunity when it arose. Thank you so much Kevin! It is very challenging to put into words the amount of time, dedication, and professional Tyler provided to us during this process. Because of his patience and market knowledge, we were able to obtain the unit we wanted and are beyond happy with the results. I would highly recommend Tyler (already have to others) to anyone, as he makes the process more than just bearable, but actually enjoyable.

Elle was with us every step of the way! She advised us on what to do before we put our house on the market and she gave us advice about how to make it more appealing to buyers. She held many open houses and was always in touch about them afterward. We were always able to reach her when we had questions and her communication was straightforward and plentiful. She is a true professional with a lot of knowledge and talent about real estate! Highly highly recommend her!

I need to start by saying my wife and I have been looking for a home since 2019 when I lived in Maine. An opportunity arose for me in Quincy late 2023 so we moved here. We were defeated from not finding a home in Maine so our expectation of finding a house was very low. We ended up warming up to the idea mid 2024 and with only looking at 2 houses Tyler was able to get us to closing. He works hard, responds quickly and has an incredible attitude. We can't recommend him enough!
