Duke did an excellent job handling the sale of our property in Ocala. The entire transaction had to be coordinated remotely while we were overseas, and he made the process very smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, he guided us through each step of the process, and the property sold quickly at the asking price. He also worked closely with the title company to coordinate the remote closing, which we greatly appreciated. We would be very happy to work with Duke again and highly recommend him.

very happy to have sold my property in the salt springs area but there are a few things that I was not happy about. we got a message stating that something had not passed the inspection but we never were told if the buyer was going to go ahead with the sell or not so we waited out the days of response time and since nothing was said we figured we were still a go with the sale 10 days later I got something back, my closing cost was $500.00 more than what we thought it was going to be never once did any one reach out to me about the difference only when I expressed my unhappiness about being charged $175.00 for a notary that took about 15 to 20 minutes because I was not at closing in person. my local title company would have done this for free and I would have only had to have paid for the mailing of the paperwork. We signed our papers on a Friday afternoon I didn't hear anything from the realtor until Monday asking me did I get papers signed and back out so they could be delivered that day, I would have thought he would have checked with me on Friday to see if everything had gone okay . When our closing was done all I got was a text message stating we are officially closed your funds will be wired or check mailed at this time . no one even checked back to make sure that the funds were received. although I would have been making phone calls at that time, the point is that I think there could have been a little bit better communication making sure things were going as expected for the most part. I have sold a few homes in the past couple of years in the same surrounding area, and I can tell you I had a lot more communication with those realtors than I did this one.
