I hired Barry Wallace to assist with my condo rental search after moving to Miami from Atlanta, GA 3 years agai. Unfortunately, a demanding work schedule and frequent business travel created several challenges for me. However, Barry made my search far more seamless than I could have ever imagined considering my circumstance. He listened to my needs and avoided unnecessary condo visits due to reasons that did not meet my criteria, or simply because he felt it would not be a good fit-- even when a quick sale would be compromised. Besides that, he is extremely knowledgeable of markets conditions, comparable prices, and any pertinent info needed when searching for high rise condo rentals. I was a first time buyer, and I met Gabriel by chance, I was interested in a property that I saw on Trulia and his name and phone number was the first one that was showing on the listing, so I called him and made an appointment to see the house. Gabriel was on time at the place. After he showed me the house, he spent like an hour explaining to me, all the different process of buying a house, different loan programs, how do the numbers work on mortages, he gave me a total explanation even when I did not like that house. After that, I decided to go with him, to help me on the process of buying my house. Even when I didn't know anything about him, in the process he showed me that he wasn't just a realtor, he became a really good friend. We spent 4 months, going to see houses twice a week. During that time I realized that Gabriel wasn't looking for houses with the highest price points, trying to get as much comission as he could, no, he always went for the houses that I really liked, and houses that he knows I was gonna be happy with, he was always very honest with me. On the final steps of the buying process, I had a bunch of questions and issues with my loan aplication, and I can say "HANDS DOWN WITH THIS MAN", even when his part on this deal was just the realtor role, just find me the house that I wanted, he involved himself with the loan offices, and helped me day and night with all the stuff that I had to get done for the closing. After all these 4 long months, I already became a home owner, and I can say that Gabriel became a really good friend of mind. I'm giving him a 5 stars review because it doesn't have the option of 100 stars review, because if so, I definitely would go for it. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Barry was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to understand what we are looking for, where we wanted it to be and how much we wanted to spend. He then took the time to curate and send us listings on a daily basis. He was always available to show us the homes and give his honest and sound advice when appropriate.
