Gabriel Rosa was an outstanding individual to work with. He was very aggressive in making sure that everything was taken care of and made sure I got the best deal possible. He was always willing to answer question any time and made himself available no matter what time or day it was. He actually made looking for a house enjoyable even though it can be stressful if you don't have someone that is all around great to work with. Look no farther he is the right person for the job!

I was a first time buyer, and I met Gabriel by chance, I was interested in a property that I saw on Trulia and his name and phone number was the first one that was showing on the listing, so I called him and made an appointment to see the house. Gabriel was on time at the place. After he showed me the house, he spent like an hour explaining to me, all the different process of buying a house, different loan programs, how do the numbers work on mortages, he gave me a total explanation even when I did not like that house. After that, I decided to go with him, to help me on the process of buying my house. Even when I didn't know anything about him, in the process he showed me that he wasn't just a realtor, he became a really good friend. We spent 4 months, going to see houses twice a week. During that time I realized that Gabriel wasn't looking for houses with the highest price points, trying to get as much comission as he could, no, he always went for the houses that I really liked, and houses that he knows I was gonna be happy with, he was always very honest with me. On the final steps of the buying process, I had a bunch of questions and issues with my loan aplication, and I can say "HANDS DOWN WITH THIS MAN", even when his part on this deal was just the realtor role, just find me the house that I wanted, he involved himself with the loan offices, and helped me day and night with all the stuff that I had to get done for the closing. After all these 4 long months, I already became a home owner, and I can say that Gabriel became a really good friend of mind. I'm giving him a 5 stars review because it doesn't have the option of 100 stars review, because if so, I definitely would go for it. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.
