•Over the years I have worked with a number of realtors, some better than others but I would not recommend any of them as highly as I do Brian Rochford. He was my support and guide for selling a home I had built and lived in for almost 48 years. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable and his thoughtful planning for preparing the property for listing paved the way to a successful sale in very little time. The outstanding group of suppliers he uses for inspections, construction, installations, staging, etc. executed his vision and transformed this long lived-in property into one that would appeal to much younger buyers. As with any large undertaking there are bound to be a few glitches along the way – some more serious than others. But Brian always approached these situations calmly and thoughtfully. He had great ideas and was always readily accessible. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with.
