This was an out of state purchase for us so we depended on Sarah to coordinate several items. Sarah did a fantastic job of showing us the properties we were interested in. She handled all of the details with the purchasing process and worked directly with our lender to keep the ball moving! She made sure the process went smoothly for us and served as our communication hub to make sure all parties involved were on the same page and kept the process moving forward. Our first initial call to Claudia regarding one property we were interested in resulted in that property already pending. Claudia, though continued to send us listings via email thereafter. Eventually once we found another property we were interested in. Claudia, was the first agent we called to see if she could show us that property. Her continued contact and interest in truly helping us find a home won us over. From start to finish the home buying process thereafter with Claudia went smoothly. Communiciation was clear. Debbie helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. She was extremlelu knowledgable about the area, market values and providing specific guidance on what we should be looking at in order to get us into the perfect place. We are absolutely in love with our house, neighborhood, price and everything in between. Debbie’s attention to detail were apparent from the beginning to the end of the process in location scouting, pricing and negotiation/execution of closing. She was truly a lifesaver as we were in way over our heads buying our first home - a daunting experience for someone who’s never gone through the process.
