It had been more than 20 years since we had last bought a house. The market and process had changed so much since we last were in the market. Gerry did an excellent job in getting us up to speed about the market conditions and the types of inventory available for the community that we wanted to live in. He helped us to negotiate a great deal on our new house and we couldn't be happier. Had he worked with us about 20 years ago when our family was still growing, our next baby might have been named Gerry.

Gerald Walters took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and was extremely patient with us as a family with our ever-changing and demanding requirements. It almost like he was part of the family as his services extended far beyond our expectations, he was able to successfully find us a home that ticked all our requirements within record time. Gerald made the process so seamless for us and we just want to thank him for his patience, willingness to go beyond the call of duty to ensure we were housed within the tight timelines we had as a family.

Super friendly, very helpful and always supportive with our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend him and we will use him again (if we ever move from the dream home he helped us get).
