Our experience with Yulia was exceptional! As first-time homebuyers, there were a lot of hurdles to jump over and issues to navigate, but choosing a realtor simply did not feel like one of them. Once we selected a house, she was immediate in her communication and in completing all documents and in prompting us when we had an outstanding item. A little over a year ago Randall helped us buy a home in Florida. We lived outside the USA at the time and many people told us they didn't think it could be done. However, they didn't know Randall. He made it happen, seamlessly and painlessly. Then in little more than a year, personal circumstances made it necessary to sell that home. We asked Randall to help, and he did with bells on. Our home was under contract after only 3 days on market. Again, we had to do the sale from overseas and this posed no problem to Randall. Rapid quick, friendly service.
