Our experience with Yulia was exceptional! As first-time homebuyers, there were a lot of hurdles to jump over and issues to navigate, but choosing a realtor simply did not feel like one of them. Yulia listened to us from our first meeting as far as what we were seeking and where we'd like to end up. Once we selected a house, she was immediate in her communication and in completing all documents and in prompting us when we had an outstanding item. She was extremely professional, and provided us useful information as we secured our insurance, finalized our mortgage and got to close. We could not recommend her enough if you are looking for someone to get you where you want to be, and fast! We'd give 6 stars if we could.

A little over a year ago Randall helped us buy a home in Florida. We lived outside the USA at the time and many people told us they didn't think it could be done. However, they didn't know Randall. He made it happen, seamlessly and painlessly. Then in little more than a year, personal circumstances made it necessary to sell that home. We asked Randall to help, and he did with bells on. Our home was under contract after only 3 days on market. Again, we had to do the sale from overseas and this posed no problem to Randall. Rapid quick, friendly service. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We can’t thank Cheryl enough for all she did for us in helping find our second home in Florida. From countless FaceTime showings, videos, cramming in last minute showings while we were there.. the list goes on. She was an amazing communicator, always answering our list of questions in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about zoning/ hoa info and local communities. She researched and had access to information when we needed it which was super helpful in making decisions. Once we finalized our choice she was great about checking in on the property, final walk through & anything we needed. I can’t thank Cheryl enough for all of her help throughout somewhat of a stressful process. I felt she went above and beyond what most realtors do and consider her a part of our Florida family!

Dakota went well beyond expectations in helping us find our new home. We are from New York and only in Florida for a few days. He showed us as many homes as possible in that short time. Most of our communications were phone and email after we went back to Syracuse. He helped us with getting the inspection, the title company and closing. Buying a home is not easy and even harder to do long distance. Dakota was a pleasure to work with.
