•I've bought and sold four houses, and this purchase was my fifth, and I have to say that Laura is awesome! Her experience and knowledge is top-notch, and she is very easy to work with. She spent a lot of time to figure out what I really wanted, and provided a supply of houses that I'd be interested in, not wasting my time with listings that didn't match. She researched all the prospective houses very well and provided insights that I may not have thought about when we viewed them. She has an eye for detail and seeing things that I did not, pointing out pluses and minuses. She never hesitated to help me. And regarding negotiations, she suggested for us to come in lower than I would have, and the offering price was gladly accepted, saving me considerable money. I would highly reccomend Laura Kelly for any real estate purchase, whether it be a home, condo, or land. She really is very good!
