I've bought and sold four houses, and this purchase was my fifth, and I have to say that Laura is awesome! Her experience and knowledge is top-notch, and she is very easy to work with. She spent a lot of time to figure out what I really wanted, and provided a supply of houses that I'd be interested in, not wasting my time with listings that didn't match. She researched all the prospective houses very well and provided insights that I may not have thought about when we viewed them. And regarding negotiations, she suggested for us to come in lower than I would have, and the offering price was gladly accepted, saving me considerable money.
