Melissa helped sell and buy a house all at the same time. I am not the most organized single father, Melissa and her team made that jump as painless as I ever would have imagined. She walked me through everything that needed to be repaired and updated to give the home the best chance to sell. She connected me with an amazing handyman, stager, movers, finance company, and inspector. And because I'm smart enough to know that when somebody as professional and experienced as Melissa tells you what to do, I listened, and she sold the house in 6 hours after going on the market.
