We met Melissa over 3 years ago when we were considering moving to a house on one level. The time came to finally make the move. I was not excited about moving out of our house of 30 years. Melissa helped sell and buy a house all at the same time. I am not the most organized single father, Melissa and her team made that jump as painless as I ever would have imagined. She walked me through everything that needed to be repaired and updated to give the home the best chance to sell.
