Rett is also a business owner, investor, real estate developer, and Eagle Scout, and is well-known for his bold marketing strategies that set his team apart. He serves on the board of Central Lions Fishing, one of the largest school bass fishing programs in the Southeast, and is a proud supporter of Reels for Easter Seals, a nonprofit he helped establish to raise funds for local Easter Seals programs.
