Granted, this is only my second home purchase, but under the circumstances with the extreme shortage of supply on the market and high demand it was a very stressful time to buy a home. The Emory’s not only helped to walk us through the entire process from beginning to end, but with every issue may it be with the mortgage company or the builder, they went to bat for us relentlessly to ensure that we were fairly represented and obtained everything that we agreed upon as part of the purchase of the home. Even after we closed on the house, they ensured that the builder followed through on the things they said they would provide. It was a very challenging experience and I would not have had any other realtor in my corner to see me through. April Emory is simply the very best in the market.

Gina Marie has excellent knowledge, communication skills as well as marketing skills. I had a signed contract on my home at list price within one week. She and the other professionals on her team all worked together very well to provide a coordinated and professional experience. Once the contract was signed, communication with Gina Marie and her agency remained excellent. I had an excellent experience throughout the process.
