Finding April through the Facebook community page was amazing! Ever since we connected in March, she was responsive, positive, and always available when I needed her. She eased my mind from Arizona that things were being taken care of. From helping secure our dream lot, to keeping us posted on updates on the build. Upon arrival to Florida in April, we met and it felt like we had know each other a long time. They were amazing through out the entire process. Knowing how much to post the property for and providing me with the resources for every step of the process. We were moving from out of state and April was recommended to us. From our first point of contact, she was professional, courteous and timely. She helped make our move smooth and painless. She lined up a number of homes for us to see that fit our criteria during a whirlwind weekend house hunt (and even provided snacks!).
