WOW! I have been BLOWN away by the service I've received with April! She helped us sell our house in 4 DAYS! I followed everything she suggested... rushed to prepare the house when she recommended and followed her guidance as far as asking price, timing, everything. She went above and beyond for us. She represented us well with grace, integrity, and assertiveness. She stood up for what we wanted/needed and didn't back down. She has been there every step of the way, at all hours. We are currently building a new home and April has been at almost every appointment, even when not "required." Super grateful that the Lord told me to reach out to April to help us transition! I would recommend her a thousand times over!

I have worked with April for several months now. She is an outstanding realtor. Always professional, very prompt and incredibly thorough. So organized when it comes scheduling of showings and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing she is with all the contracts and paperwork. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing anything about how it works, a friend of ours recommended April Emory and she is AWESOME! Before even becoming our realtor we had contacted her with questions and she had responded immediately everytime. April was really great at walking us through the process and is really patient with us, since we haven't decided where we wanted to stay. We've (my boyfriend and I) rushed into seeing a few homes to get the 'feel' of what to expect and they weren't 'the one'. This was our 1st home buying experience and my husband and I had no clue on how we even begin the process. Amazingly someone at work had recommended me April from Excellecore Real Estate and she was able to find me a lender named Jeff Hoffman from Nationwide Residential Capital and got me pre-approved in less then two days. After that she made the process so easy and quick we were able to find a home and complete the closing in less then 2 months. April recently helped me find a rental, after another I was supposed to move into fell through. I was up against a clock, and she understood that and worked quickly to find a place that met all my needs, plus some. April knows the area well and knew what neighborhoods I would prefer, as well as info about the surrounding area. When doing walk throughs, April thought to look at things I had never considered - like is there privacy from the first floor windows? This was incredibly helpful, as I'm a single mom with a child at home, so safety and privacy are key. She was immediately responsive if I had questions, and worked closely with the other realtor to get things done smoothly and efficiently. Great experience and I appreciate all April did to find us a great home!
