When my parents were looking to move here from out of state, i liaisoned between them and their real estate agent who i was frustrated with because she was pushing my parents to settle and just buy something. They eventually stopped looking and ended their relationship with that realtor.
I, however, was still going to look for them. Steve came recommened thru other local family and what a huge difference!!
He was on it! He listened to details and produced! Not only what i was asking for but also pointed out ideas and suggestions i didn't even think of when looking at properties. I never had to Hound him down or wait to get appointments to view properties. And he has such a great personality.
I used him again to sell my town home and buy a home, and it was 5 star service again!! I felt Steve was above and beyond with the attention & service he provided to me. Prompt with info, appointments, and i always felt like i was his only client the way i was treated. He also had connections with contractors etc that he's worked with who i did use for the repairs prior to selling...they were as fantastic and thorough as he was. My whole experience thru the sell/buy was seamless, so easy, and surprisingly pleasant. He was even in touch after i bought my home making sure i was good to go and happy.
Steve is a gem and i'll never use anyone else. I recommend him to everyone. Love. That. Guy.
