About Joan

I have been a Full Time Real Estate Agent since 1982. I have been thru many different markets, and have always taken pride in the amount of referrals and repeat clients that I have. From first time buyers to move up buyers to sellers sizing down to those upgrading, I work hard for each and every one of my clients. I worked extensively in the "Short Sale" market and was successful in closing dozens of these transactions enabling my clients to move on and not endure the lasting effects of a foreclosure. I have been blessed to work in a field that I enjoy. Not just listing and selling houses, but working with buyers and sellers to find a home that is right for them.

Wonderful to work with!

Sharon was wonderful to work with. She's very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. And when we had an issue with a missing lock box (twice!), she didn't hesitate to jump right in to get a new one installed. I couldn't have asked for more support during this process - she's terrific :-)

Skilled and awesome agent

Sharon is an awesome real estate agent. She is very responsive and always available when I need her. She was very skilled and got an offer on my house on its 2nd day on the market. I will definitely be utilizing her skills in the future for my next home purchase.

Fantastic Realtor for First Time Seller

When it came to selling my mother’s home in Evergreen, Hamilton Township, I had no clue where to even start! I took a chance on reaching out to Sharon, who so kindly left a postcard in the mailbox advertising her services. Sharon was so kind and helpful during the entire selling process; from how to stage the house for the website, to getting the best open house dates, and even which home inspectors were the best. I really could not have done it without Sharon! The whole selling process was a breeze thanks to her.

First class experience from start to finish

Sharon is a phenomenal real estate agent! She helped me sell my NJ property while I was living out of state, acting as my local eyes and ears. She assisted with everything from finding movers to coordinating a smooth closing. She is a clear, friendly communicator and a total pro who managed to get me above asking price. I highly recommend Sharon and her team to anyone looking for an stress-free, successful experience! Thank you Sharon

Top notch realtor that works tirelessly to deliver a great result for his client.

I have used Neil Paul on several transactions. Neil has delivered a great result every time! I have found him to be very knowledgeable of the market and comps and has been outstanding in executing a strategy to achieve his clients goal. He brings the utmost integrity and honesty in all his does on your behalf and ensures you don’t waste time with unrealistic expectations. He always handles himself with top notch professionalism and kindness. I like that in a realtor and I couldn’t be more satisfied with every transaction I have entrusted with Neil.
