I have already recommended Luisa to two of my neighbors. She does way more than walking through your house and throw a price out. She went to my house and noted the positives and informed me of items that needed to be corrected. She does her own indepth study of what houses are selling for in the area. I had already purchased my other house so we were looking to zero in on the perfect price that would meet all criteria for houses selling in Trenton.
