This was our second time to use Tammy Howard Owen, the first was the purchase of our home and this time to sell our home. We have been very satisfied both times. She listed our home and within 4 days sold it for full price. She is very perfessional and keeps you very well informed of what’s going on. She has made buying and selling a house very easy and stress free. We will be using her again through the process of building and purchasing our new home. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone interested in buying our selling a home.

My fiance and I worked with a few different agents over a year or so looking to buy around Birmingham. My employment took me to North Alabama where we found Ms. Tammy. She was the only agent that took the initiative to work for us on finding our home. Other agents gave us the typical "let me know what houses you want to look at." That was not the case with Tammy. We gave her our high points and low points, and she found houses that she thought would fit our needs. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our home and the process of obtaining ownership. We couldn't have done it without her and wouldn't have wanted to. To this day (4 weeks after closing), I have reached out with questions and she is always prompt and helpful with her answers. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that loves her job and actually cares about your wants, needs, and satisfaction.

She helped us find the perfect home to start our new life with our fur babies. As a new home buyer she helped us through every step of the way and was always available.
