Excellent communicator with tons of experience!

Joanie provided great advice when listing my home. She provided market references when helping me decide what value to list my home. She sold my home in a very quick turn which was what I needed at the time. I was shocked at how quickly it sold, and it likely wouldn’t have sold as quickly as it did without Joanie’s expertise. Joanie is fantastic to work with and is a great person on top of that!

Best Realtor I've Ever Worked With

Leighann Turner is sharp, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've bought and sold a few houses and have never had anything like the experience I had when working with her. Where I've often had to solve anything that came up during a home sale on my own in the past, Leighann took that burden off of my completely when I worked with her. She knows her market, is well connected in that area, and works hard to earn her commission. I simply cannot recommend Leighann highly enough and wish realtors I've worked with in the past had been anything like her. Having a capable, competent, and helpful realtor makes the whole process of buying or selling a house significantly less stressful.

Carrie Works is the reason our house was under contract in one day.

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Carrie Works. She helped us buy a home last year and just helped with selling our previous home. I know she was the reason our house sold so fast. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is a straight shooter and cares about her clients. She is very patient and helped us through the buying and selling process. A Home Buyers Dream Agent!

Ms Carrie was the best of the best to work with. She was with us every step of the way. She’s all about doing what’s best for you her client and being a veterans spouse she was able to answer so many questions regarding the VA process. There is not a time we felt pressured, I can’t thank the good Lord for her enough. She is the best of the best!!
