Janis worked diligently with us through out the entire process. Giving us the support that we needed in this very sentimental sale❣️

“Janis Adams is a JOY to work with.”

Janis was a pleasure to work with. We worked with her virtually from out of state. We gave her some specific requirements regarding the location and type of home (and they were not easy), and she found plenty of opportunities. When we found the house we wanted, Janis guided us through the process quite easily.

Janis far exceeded our expectations! She is very professional and guided us through all aspects of the sale. As part of her service a professional stager came to our home and and had very helpful suggestions for us to make our house to look its best for photographs and showing. Her selling price was more aggressive than we expected and we still got 5 offers at or above the asking price. Sold in 3 days! Say no more :)
