The closing was a nightmare. Lender and title company (both out of town) refused to work together to get this done. Too long of a story to go into now. But thanks to Janis and her large network of knowledge keepers she was able to be the go between and iron out the issue. I have bought 2 and sold 3 houses in the past with Janis as my agent. Hopefully, I won't be buyin or selling homes again ( I'm 74) But if I do, Janis will be the first and only agent I would call. I recommended Janis to all my family and friends. Janis setup someone to come to my home and stage it for a photographer. Then she arranged for the photographer to come. When the house sold she arranged to have me come in a day early to sign all of the papers so I can make my flight out on Friday AM. JANIS WAS ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD AND VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL.
