She explained everything to me from start to finish, helped me find a lender who worked with and guided me through the entire process, a good inspector and recommended a great attorney for the closing. When looking for the right home, Sarah helped me find only the ones that would work us and inspected them herself at every visit. Sarah would check every inch of every room and at one point, I even caught her pulling out the furnace filter and looking behind the water heater while in her high heels with a flashlight. She was so attentive my every question and need. When we found the perfect home for us, Sarah surprised us by decorating my girls "secret hideout" in their new house and they LOVED it. Where do I begin. Sarah is AMAZING. I found her on Zillow. And I am so lucky. I am purchasing my first home. So of course I have tons of questions, and things I just could not research on my own. She met me when it convenient for me. Sarah walking through our first viewed property I was impressed. She has building/structural/appliance and area knowledge. She explains everything simply and honestly. She doesn't push you into anything you don't want to see or buy. I have seen her advocate for me and I was so impressed. She is honest and that means a lot to me. And she cares. She knows her stuff. So she is definitely someone I would call for my next property and have raved about her to family and friends. She will be my realtor forever! I purchased a beautiful home and I would not have done that without her.

Victoria was amazing in every way during the selling of our home to the building & buying of our new home. She had our backs the whole way through. She is not afraid to speak up for her clients if she feels somethings not right. From beginning to end, she was wonderful to work with. Always prompt when answering my emails or texts. The plant that my husband worked for shut down and he was offered relocation to Illinois. This opened a new door for us that was a completely unknown territory. Not only did we have to find a new home, I am paralyzed so we needed to find one that was handicap accessible.
