As a newly divorced mother of two, I had no idea where to even begin or if it was possible for me to purchase my own home. I was very fortunate to have found Sarah. She explained everything to me from start to finish, helped me find a lender who worked with and guided me through the entire process, a good inspector and recommended a great attorney for the closing. When looking for the right home, Sarah helped me find only the ones that would work us and inspected them herself at every visit. Sarah would check every inch of every room and at one point, I even caught her pulling out the furnace filter and looking behind the water heater while in her high heels with a flashlight. She was so attentive my every question and need. When we found the perfect home for us, Sarah surprised us by decorating my girls "secret hideout" in their new house and they LOVED it. Where do I begin. Sarah is AMAZING. I found her on Zillow. And I am so lucky. I am purchasing my first home. So of course I have tons of questions, and things I just could not research on my own.
