Rachel was amazing from beginning to end. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Having moved from another state, she was very knowledgeable of the area and helpful in narrowing our search. She was always professional with everyone involved and very responsive and readily available throughout our search. She was extremely patient in helping us to find the right one. And once we did, she helped us to get a great deal on it and beat out the other competition. Not many people can say this but she made the house search a joy. I would almost do it all over again! Conrad made selling my family home a painless process. He knew it was difficult emotionally for me, and he was there every step of the way, stayed in constant contact, and explained everything I needed to know. If I had a question, he was there immediately with an answer. He had my house on the market and sold, closed, in three weeks. Working with Conrad was a great experience for our family. Not only did he help us sell our house quickly and for top dollar (has a fantastic photographer) but he stuck with us for 6 months to help us find our new home. Conrad was very helpful in the offer/inspection/signing process and explained everything too us ahead of time. We asked a lot of questions (I'm an engineer) and he answered them all with a smile. We still keep in touch with Conrad even though we closed on our house nearly 3 mo ago. Highly, highly recommend Conrad. Truly deserves 5 stars.
