It would’ve have been a mistake to list our home with a low cost service. Sonia earned every penny of her fee, and then some. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and about the process. She steered us through the process to walk our home and recommend meaningful updates, and then helped us price it according to market, followed by a prompt open house. Sonia never raised false expectations or hopes and stuck through the very last day to ensure a smooth closing. I would definitely use her again when the need arises.
