Sonia knows what she’s doing. The old adage, ‘you get what you pay for,’ does NOT apply to Sonia. We got a LOT more than we paid for. It would’ve have been a mistake to list our home with a low cost service. Sonia earned every penny of her fee, and then some. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and about the process. She steered us through the process to walk our home and recommend meaningful updates, and then helped us price it according to market, followed by a prompt open house.
