I sold my condominium in August 2021 and Janette Ledea came recommended by a friend and neighbor. I could not have asked for a better representative. From our very first meeting (during which she made fast friends with a cantankerous pet cat of mine), her expertise in the Southern California market and her vast experience in assisting home sellers was evident. I’d lived in the same home - the first one I’d ever bought - for nearly a quarter century. It was a house filled with family memories, pets and more “stuff” than I’d care to admit. Janette provided a wealth of expertise, from helping me to decide on a good sales price, to finding a cost-effective general contractor who could help me with repairs that were needed based on an advanced inspection she helped me get completed. She recommended a junk guy who could haul stuff away, and wrangled with my AC repair guy over pricing. She was there for my occasional freak-out moments (preparing to move people, pets and property thousands of miles away), and ordinary moments (“Janette, do you think this paint color will work?”), and helped me navigate technical requests from the eventual buyer.
