I had a great experiences working with Luis, we valued his expertise, his guidance during the process of readying my parents’s house to market. He dropped by to check on us while the work is going on in the house. Bringing boxes for packing, never once trying to rush us during the process of emptying the house. Explained the whole process throughly, great with communicating what’s needed to be sign. Offered option during open house instead of just telling us to leave the house. Got good crew, Chewy than you so much for the help getting the house clean and painted. A good feeling when the agent shows he cares on how the children doing during the process. My husband and I were looking for houses with very specific requirements for months before we met Windi. She helped us get an amazing house at a great price. We bought and sold houses with other agents before. Windi was the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient. She provided professional insights on how to structure a strong competitive offer but never came across as being pushy. I also really appreciate the fact that she helped us get house cleaning service and a contract to fix minor things before we moved in. She was an amazing agent. Home buying can be stressful (unless you are the type of person who enjoys real estate adventures). Working with Windi definitely made it so much better and easier for us. We highly recommend her!
