When Luis Took on the sale of my existing house and the purchase of the new one I was nervous to say the least. This being the only home I’ve ever sold and the second home I’ve ever bought this was going to be a nerve racking moment for me. Luis went above and beyond to guarantee me it’s going to be the smoothest transaction ever, and he was 100% right. From the minute, he walked in the house. He was very professional and extremely communicative and on time throughout this whole procedure. He kept me in the loop the entire time I never wondered what was going on or what’s the next step? I never had to ask him anything that wasn’t clear from the beginning. From the day we listed my house we had solid offers two days later and he got me above asking price. From the day we listed my house for sale till the day I closed escrow on the new house was only 30 days. I didn’t think this was even possible, but he made it happen. I met Luis 5 years ago and he’s my agent for life. I have bought and sold about 8 houses and have worked with many real estate professionals through the years and Luis is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s extremely smart and straightforward. He will protect you and your interests at every turn. He will even be ahead of any potential issues and have you protected. But what really impressed me about him is that long after the deal is over he’s STILL there to help you and checks on you. He has great resources for all aspects of buying a home, fixing your home and great strategy should you want to sell down the road if you’re looking to purchasing an investment property. I have learned so much about real estate through his knowledge and sound wisdom. But here’s something important that you should know. I had the misfortune of losing one of my homes during the housing crash of 2007-2008 when I used another agent and mortgage broker because they were dishonest. That is NOT the case with Luis and Blanca (amazing mortgage broker). Luis and Blanca are HONEST. You can trust them with one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
