Two years ago Mike found the house of our dreams! Mike sat with my husband and I and went over our wish list, he immediately set out to make our dream become a reality. What amazed me most of all, we went to look at a house, I really liked it, Mike said let’s step back a minute “I do not think this is the house for you”. Looking back now he was so right. So when it came time to sell my moms house I knew he was my go to guy. I called him on a Thursday morning told him sell the house, I told him I was too busy to be involved I was leaving it in his hands. I didn’t want to know about open houses, negotiations or anything else. The same day he went took pictures the house was live on the market 4:00pm that day. To my surprise the very next day he contacted me WE have a buyer $75k over asking. Mike handled everything, right down to getting fire extinguishers in the house. The smoothest transaction ever! 5 STARS!!! Let me start by saying this was my first time ever buying a home and boy am I glad I met MIKE!!! We crossed paths at a showing and from the beginning he supplied us with lots of useful information to help me with search. After viewing other homes and meeting with other realtors, I felt like it was going to be a long journey on my way to home ownership from what I was experiencing. It was clear I was going to need some help and Mike was the right guy for the job. He is far from pushy, very patient and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He has a referral for anything and everything you'd need to complete the process as well as tons of connections to get the job done. Shopping in a competitive market was already stressful as is but 4 outbid offers later, Mike kept us going and now I am a proud resident of Ocean county! 31 DAYS FROM PUTTING IN AN OFFER TO CLOSE!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Dana guided us through our first home purchase the whole way and I could always reach her to get answers quickly. We told her what we were looking for and she found it, again and again, until we found the perfect one right at exactly our price. She was also really fun to be around and we had fun spending time with her visiting houses and chatting about all kinds of things.
