Mike was everything I could have asked for in a real estate agent. My family and I were interested in a house which our realtor was not willing to arrange the appointment (we dont know why) then, by ourselves, we contacted the seller realtor which without thinking twice has promptly arranged our visit. Lucky us, the seller realtor was Mike! From that visit onwards, we invited Mike to work with us, which he has accepted right away, then becoming our realtor. The reason for the move was the availability, the no judgment if we were taking long or not to find our house which was clearly shown on our first encounter. Along with the easy-going approach, which we were interested in, also came with the overall package a huge knowledge regarding the shore (we were looking in that are), an incredible patience to teach us about the area and the process (we are foreigners) and the precise approach being very efficient with the seller realtor that in the end we bought the house of our dreams.
