"Kathleen Harron sold us our first property in the Villas and then helped us sell that property and purchase a new, larger home in the area. This all took place in less than 2 years! (2 purchases and 1 sale) At times it was a whirlwind, but Kathleen had a way of removing our stress with her pleasant, ‘get it done’ attitude. If she wasn’t able to show us a house, on a whim, she had another broker show it for her. She attended to our neediness in a way that we never felt like she was bothered. When thinking about real estate in Cape May County there's no question Kathy is the agent for us, and for anyone who appreciates attention to detail and thorough knowledge of every step in the process. Have to admit, as foreign buyers we weren't the easiest to process with differing mortgage requirements and inability to handle many things in person while out of the country. Kathy dealt with directly or put us in touch with everyone we needed to interact with, including insurance agents, title company, inspection vendors, etc. The experience with Kathy was across the board excellent throughout this transaction and in our previous dealings as well. There is not one point of flaw, truly. Kathy makes everything feel easy, like you have a solid safety net no matter how nervous or stressful certain points the process might seem.
