We highly sold our personal residence, and based on our experience last year selling a rental through Hal, we chose him to sell our home of 23 years. We highly recommend Hal Tate for your real estate needs. If you are looking for a real estate professional, do yourself a favor and select Hal Tate – you will not regret it. Having now bought and sold multiple properties with Hal, I can honestly say that he is the best realtor that we have ever dealt with. His excellent communication, professionalism and integrity are everything you could want in one of the most important transactions in your life. He is patient and caring, wants to understand your situation so he can advise properly to get you where you want to go. He knows the market in SW FL thoroughly and helps you set reasonable and fair expectations. We recently sold our personal residence (time to downsize). Hal stayed on top of things, and we got to a successful closing. Hal’s excellent communication, expert advice, thorough knowledge, calm demeanor and extreme patience. Hal is the best, in our opinion!
