We bought two units and Tamiami Village. Both sales were handled very professionally. We would definitely recommend Matt and use him again in the future.

Matt represented the buyer on this transaction, his buyer was out of town and he went out of his way to make sure everything was flawless, easy to communicate with, I could tell he cared about taking care of his client that was not here. If you want an agent that is there for you whether you are in town or out of town I would say that Matt is a great choice!!,,,and if you don’t choose him, call me, lol. That is the kind of Agent that makes me proud to be a Realtor.
