As Stress-Free as It Could Be

Susann provides a very professional, high touch service! We listed and sold our house it in three days and then the fun began -- attorneys, inspections, finding a place to live, movers, . . . Susann stayed involved the whole time, scheduled tradesman to take care of inspection items, found us movers that were able to pack and move us on short-notice, found us a short-term rental. And now that we are building our next house, Susann is still available during that stressful process. She is a true partner on the journey!

Honest approach and realistic expectations

Susann was transparent from day one and her honesty in pricing of our home was spot on. Susann was open to following our lead in our idea of pricing and gave us facts and back up to what the market was actually bringing. She kept us up-to-date on all activity in our area and she kept us on our toes regarding timing our listing for the best presentation. Her team brought excellent staging advice and made our already beautiful home something out of a magazine for minimal expense. When offers came in, she discussed pros and cons of each to help us make the decision. When the deal was in the making, she fought for our best interest while keeping the deal alive. I would strongly suggest Susann for your home sale. She has been a great advisor and has become a wonderful friend.

Excellent and patient!

Susann worked with us throughout our home sale and purchase journey. We had a very unique list of must-haves and she was always patient and willing to help us find the right house while aggressively marketing our sale. Our house was sold within two weeks during Covid!

absolutely the BEST!

There is simply no one better!!! Working with Susann was a delight! Susann was not only VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable in her work, she also went above and beyond to make sure we sold our house in timely manner. Susann was very personal and super easy to work and talk with. It was an honor and pleasure for my husband and I to work with her. She is absolutely the best! Thank you Susann for your hard work.
