Susann provides a very professional, high touch service! We listed and sold our house it in three days and then the fun began -- attorneys, inspections, finding a place to live, movers, . . . Susann stayed involved the whole time, scheduled tradesman to take care of inspection items, found us movers that were able to pack and move us on short-notice, found us a short-term rental. And now that we are building our next house, Susann is still available during that stressful process. She is a true partner on the journey!

Susann was open to following our lead in our idea of pricing and gave us facts and back up to what the market was actually bringing. She kept us up-to-date on all activity in our area and she kept us on our toes regarding timing our listing for the best presentation. Her team brought excellent staging advice and made our already beautiful home something out of a magazine for minimal expense. When offers came in, she discussed pros and cons of each to help us make the decision. When the deal was in the making, she fought for our best interest while keeping the deal alive.
