Susann provides a very professional, high touch service! We listed and sold our house it in three days and then the fun began -- attorneys, inspections, finding a place to live, movers, . . . Susann stayed involved the whole time, scheduled tradesman to take care of inspection items, found us movers that were able to pack and move us on short-notice, found us a short-term rental. And now that we are building our next house, Susann is still available during that stressful process. She is a true partner on the journey!

When offers came in, she discussed pros and cons of each to help us make the decision. When the deal was in the making, she fought for our best interest while keeping the deal alive.
