Maria Raymer was top notch!! She went to several houses for us. Maria face-timed my wife and me in California, so that we were able to see the houses instead of just looking at pictures. She made it very easy for us to make the right decision. When I was able to come to FL to see the home we put a bid on, Maria made herself very accessible, so that I could take my time seeing the homes. She also knew the Mandarin/Fruit Cove Area market very well and assured us that we were getting a great deal on our property! She even asked her husband, who is a contractor, to check out possible damage on a house before I made what would have been a VERY BAD decision!

We moved to Jacksonville from the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Maria was very good at selecting listings to send to us that matched the type of home we were looking for. She went out of her way to make herself available each time we wanted to travel down to Jacksonville to look for homes. She also did a great job of helping us to bargain with the builder when we purchased our home. Our NC agent had a team working for her, and the level of service varied depending on the team member that you worked with. That's the great thing about Maria - She does it all herself, so you know that all aspects of the transaction will be well taken care of. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Jacksonville area.
