Excellent experience as he was highly knowledgeable, took care of any issues and closed the deal.

Jason was an expert both in knowledge of the process and an expert in handling any issues that came up like with home inspection, etc.. He has pros available to handle any issues that may come up. All I had to do was let him take care of everything. He was able to close the sale fast. Great experience for me.

Overcame a tough market!

Jason was our agent and we tried to sell right when the market when south. While seemingly nothing was selling Jason was willing to do whatever it took to get our house sold. In the end, we were able to sell and Jason was a big part of that! If you need a great realtor that knows the market, Jason is your guy!

Jason was wonderful!

Jason guided me through the whole process. My home required some renovation before we could list it and Jason referred me to an amazing renovation expert who turned my home into a showpiece. Throughout this process Jason answered all my many questions and kept me informed. Jason is honest, professional and is committed to making a huge decision to sell your home as stress free as possible. Lastly, Jason was respectful of me and how hard it is to sell a home that you have been in for 40 years…he was absolutely the best.

Gets Right to Our Needs Quickly

We took a relatively quick (2 day) house hunting trip to St. Augustine. We discussed our needs with Angela, our budget and location preferences.
