We have used Christy's services to sell three properties, and buy two. She has always been great filling our needs. One time we could not get in our new home right after we sold the other property. Christy got us into a great air b & b. However that is not all. She has client appreciation events around the holidays, and other times as well. All in all when you deal with Christy and her team you deal with the best.

My husband and I worked with Christy Walker to purchase a townhouse in Phoenix. We were so impressed with her from beginning to end. We have worked with many different agents over the years but we have never received this type of customer service. Christy is highly skilled and incredible at what she does. She is attentive, professional and knowledgeable. She made our experience so positive!

My wife and I relocated from Montana to Phoenix, AZ, which as you can imagine, requires the assistance of an experienced realtor. Christy worked tirelessly to get showings coordinated in a short amount of time so that we could make an informed decision in an area we truly knew little about. Christy was patient and got us a great deal on our new home, not overlooking any details to help ensure a smooth closing on a tight turnaround. Her responsiveness was excellent through the entire process and continues to offer professional recommendations even after our sale. We highly recommend!

Christy clearly deserves FIVE stars for every aspect of her services. As it turns out, however, I know the least about her negotiation skills because she was able to get our full asking pricing without any negotiation! That is because she knew how to value and market the property to perfection. Why anyone would turn to any other realtor, I simply do NOT know.

My wife and I over the years have sold or bought eight homes. Our experience with Christy Walker was at the top of the list. Ms. Walker was professional, honest and she and her staff followed through the sale from start to finish with communication and help. Our home sold in three days with our asking price increased with two buyers making offers.

My husband and I worked with Christy Walker when it was time to sell our condo in Phoenix. We had found a new property that we were interested in purchasing but the seller was reluctant to accept a contingency. Christy went right to work getting our condominium ready to list. We live in another state and we were anxious about trying to sell a property when we were on the other side of the country. Christy was incredible! She listed our property and we had multiple offers, over asking price, on the first day the listing hit the market! From the beginning of the process to the very end we received exceptional customer service and quality care. I would never buy or sell another property in the Phoenix area without Christy Walker.

Christy is a phenomenal realtor! I cannot recommend her enough! She helped us buy a home in Scottsdale in 2019 and it was not an easy transaction. If it weren’t for her strong negotiation skills, knowledge of the wording in the contracts and years of experience our transaction would’ve failed. Her dedication and love for the job is apparent. Thank you Christy!!

I listed my condominium with Ms. Christy Walker at ReMax. She took care of the most minute detail in a timely fashion. Ms. Waker was with us at the closing in title office to explain every detail.

Christy was highly recommended to me when I was selling my first house that I had owned in AZ. She sold my house for me in one day. I had no question in my mind who I was going to use when I sold my second house. Christy and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, honest, not to mention a pleasure to work with. My house was on the market for 11 days. I've owned 8 houses in my lifetime and have never felt as confident about hiring a realtor as I have with Christy.

As foreigners to Phoenix, it was very reassuring to work with Christy whose knowledge of the area helped save us time and allowed us to focus on finding a new home as quickly as possible. She is an excellent communicator, is a good listener, and quickly perceived our needs and goals. Her patience with us as we shifted our priorities was so appreciated, and we realized that she not only is good at what she does but really likes working with her clients--no matter how much the agenda changes. We highly recommend her and almost wish we could start the process over.
