After being in the bar and restaurant business for over 28 years, real estate was the perfect career for me. In both businesses, it's all about relationships and how you treat people. The old adage 'treat people like you would want to be treated" has never been truer then in today’s real estate market. I pride myself in putting my clients first; listening to what their needs are; and then going beyond the call to make it all happen. To me, there is nothing more satisfying then finding that perfect home for a client or selling a client's home for top dollar. Whenever people either buy or sell real estate, it should always be a pleasant and positive experience. It is my responsibility as their agent, to make that happen. Educated, honest, professional, reliable
Working with Michael was a top notch experience. From the beginning he was honest, never pushy, and never made us feel rushed. When we found our home he was knowledgeable about how to go about the offer, and how we should plan to negotiate. There are so many pieces of a home sale that you don’t even think of, and he made each step seamless. That’s where his years of knowledge in the business came into play. He has a great team behind him as well. I have used Michael in the past when we purchased a different property, and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend the Luzzi team!! Goes well beyond what I asked of her.
This is the second time I have used Susan Brown. First time it took her 2 hours to find my buyer. This time I had 3 cash offers within 24 hrs. And closed in 25 days. I am still amazed at what she can do.

Outstanding realtor. The best we ever worked with!
Michael, has many years experience as a realtor in the Florida market and knows the market so very well. He is very professional. He has so much patience and is such a pleasure and fun to work with. He absolutely does not pressure you. He actually will tell you that the apartment is priced too high and it is not worth it. He gives you a very honest opinion. We looked at so many places over the past 4 years and Micheal would actually go for us and FaceTime us since we were not located in Florida. He goes way out of his way to help you. You don’t find that in many people. He also does the research for you on the condo’s financials to see if there is enough reserves or any special assessments. We actually met the Luzzi team and they help each each other throughout our entire experience. Even after the closing, Michael still helps us find places to shop and eat. What a great person!!!! Thank you Michael for everything!
