I was terrified at first to begin the house...

I was terrified at first to begin the house hunting process and I knew that to assuage my fears, I needed a real estate agent that was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. At first, it was difficult to even find an agent that would respond back to my wife and I's request to look at a house. Apparently, everyone's too busy! However, Joan not only sent us an email back in record time but after a couple of weeks of vetting agents, she happened to touch base with us again. Her persistence and willingness to find us a home sealed the deal, so to speak. I'm glad we went with her too! She listened to our needs and found homes for us in record time. Even if they weren't "the one," they were at least contenders, and it let us know that she was not wasting our time. If we saw a house, we knew we were going to like it. Not only that, but she was very approachable, honest about our chances when making an offer and friendly. I especially liked how she pointed out what was positive or negative about a house during a showing. It made me feel as if she was looking at the home through the lens of buying it herself, and not just seeking to close the sale. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond and she had a thorough explanation. If she didn't know the answer, she sought it out. Not once did our faith in her wane, and I am not exaggerating in the least. We are now situated in our new home and it is PERFECT. I mean, it is exactly what we wanted and the price was great too. If you want someone to fight on your behalf against hordes of other home buyers to find your perfect home, then you go with Joan.

Paula is the BEST agent we have ever worked...

Paula is the BEST agent we have ever worked with! We just love her and couldn't say enough about how wonderful she is! We met Paula at an open house one Sunday and she took care of us from that moment on. She helped us look at so many homes that we liked online but ultimately every time she sent us a listing we liked the homes she suggested more than the ones we had picked. She knew what we wanted and needed better than we did! She stayed on top of the sale the entire way through and made sure we were aware of any and all dates we needed to hit for things, any issues that arose in the building process (we ultimately bought new construction) she handled quickly and efficiently for us. She's wonderful! Paula also sold our home in the city for us. She did a spectacular job. She knew the market, she knew the best comps to pull from, she was awesome! Paula always made sure we knew when things were going to happen and when we needed to have things done by. She is so organized! She's just the best! She kept track of everything for us amidst all of our chaos! We could never have done all of this without her! I highly recommend Paula! She's so great at what she does and you can tell she truly loves it! She goes the extra mile all the time. Even after we bought, sold, and moved... she picked up our empty moving boxes to help us get rid of them and to save another client from having to buy them! It's all the little things she does that just go to show what a wonderful agent she really is!

Two great experiences with Paula, when she sold...

Two great experiences with Paula, when she sold our house and then when she helped us purchase our new house. She is very well organized with her paperwork and thinks of even of the small details with what you need to sell your house. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants someone who doesn't just help find your next house, but helps you find your home.

Paula was great! I was very picky when it came...

Paula was great! I was very picky when it came to a home and she stuck with me, through many many showings. When we finally put in an offer and it was accepted she made sure I understood when everything was due, from inspection windows to any other paperwork that needed to be submitted. I've recommended her to a few friends and will continue to do so.
