Paula is the BEST agent we have ever worked with! We just love her and couldn't say enough about how wonderful she is! We met Paula at an open house one Sunday and she took care of us from that moment on. She helped us look at so many homes that we liked online but ultimately every time she sent us a listing we liked the homes she suggested more than the ones we had picked. She stayed on top of the sale the entire way through and made sure we were aware of any and all dates we needed to hit for things, any issues that arose in the building process (we ultimately bought new construction) she handled quickly and efficiently for us. She's wonderful! Paula also sold our home in the city for us. She did a spectacular job. She knew the market, she knew the best comps to pull from, she was awesome! Paula always made sure we knew when things were going to happen and when we needed to have things done by. She is so organized! She's just the best! She kept track of everything for us amidst all of our chaos! We could never have done all of this without her! I highly recommend Paula! She's so great at what she does and you can tell she truly loves it! She goes the extra mile all the time. Even after we bought, sold, and moved... she picked up our empty moving boxes to help us get rid of them and to save another client from having to buy them! Two great experiences with Paula, when she sold our house and then when she helped us purchase our new house. She is very well organized with her paperwork and thinks of even of the small details with what you need to sell your house. Paula was great! I was very picky when it came to a home and she stuck with me, through many many showings. When we finally put in an offer and it was accepted she made sure I understood when everything was due, from inspection windows to any other paperwork that needed to be submitted.
