Our introduction with Avi was via a "cold call", which we typically would ignore. For whatever reason, we didn't ignore the call and have had no regrets on that decision. Avi was knowledgeable, driven, and dedicated. He handled the sale of our condo in Fort Lee, NJ and arranged to have the unit cleaned prior to having professional photos taken. Avi was the second realtor I met with in trying to sell my Aunt's house following her passing in December 2017. Although the house was not in great shape and needed repairs, within minutes he convinced me we could sell it as is and he was "my guy". While it took some time, we eventually did sell it. Better than the actual selling of the house, Avi was helpful in finding me someone to clean out the house and make small repairs; someone I can count on now and in the future. Avi is responsive (within minutes) at all times and helpful and I will certainly use him again in the future.
