We used Avi to sell my father’s house after he passed. We met with Avi on Sunday afternoon at my brother’s house. His marketing and pricing plan brought us what I think was an excellent offer for the property. An early possible buyer made some unusual demands. With Avi's counsel, I did not not accede to those demands. We obtained a better offer with a later buyer.
