We LOVE our new home and Judy really helped to make it happen for us. To start with, we knew almost nothing about buying a home as we had always rented. We were a little nervous and did not know what to expect. After meeting and talking to Judy we felt much more confident. She helped guide us from beginning to end and we could not be happier. Judy was very professional and paid close attention to detail - she promptly responded to our phone calls, texts, e-mails, was there to show us several homes and made good suggestions for homes to tour based on our preferences. She understood the Savannah area well- not just homes but the history too. She was a strong ally and advocate when it came to negotiations and was not afraid to say "No!" when needed. She quickly had all the requisite paperwork ready to expertly close the deal on our chosen place. We asked her if she knew a flooring person she could recommend, not only was her referral trustworthy and highly skilled, he was a pleasure to work with. In sum, she was always there for us to make our home purchase smooth, successful, stress free, and fun. Maureen was very helpful in our recent home purchase. She was knowledgeable about the local market. She was patient while we revisited several of the houses before we bought our home. I especially appreciate that she never pressured us during the home search and contract period. She has continued to be available as we needed advice after closing (with handyman etc). If I am ever in the market to buy or sell a home I will call Maureen!

Maureen was awesome! we were so Fortunate to have someone so knowledgable, experienced and fun help us find the perfect home for our growing family! She encouraged us to see the property we ended up buying after we had ruled it out thinking the yard was too small. Thank goodness we listened to her and saw the home because we fell in love with it on site. Also a good lesson for us as the yard was not nearly as small as the pictures portrayed. She knew the property fit a lot on our must have list and encouraged us to see it. She really listens to you! buying a house is nerve racking but she made this process as painless as possible. I highly recommend her!!

Judy not only helped us find a house, but she sold our house and got us into our new one. She was very knowledgable and knew exactly who to contact for second opinions on carpet replacement, pressure washing, painting, cleaning, landscaping, banks..... the list goes on!! She kept us up to date at all times, I never doubted for a second that she wasn't networking and working so hard to sell our house. We are in our dream home so I hope I don't need her as a realtor again but I want to shout her name form the rooftops! Moving is stressful enough, having a great realtor was so important and I know she is the best!
