Judy was wonderful! My husband and I moved from out of state and had very limited time to find the right house. Judy has lived in the Savannah area for many years and was very helpful in finding a safe, friendly and inviting neighborhood. The house we ended up purchasing was one she picked for us and we fell in love with the area. It’s very nerve-racking purchasing a house with only a day of looking, but Judy made it very easy. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

Judy has always been a top performer and reference for Dutch Island real estate and continued to demonstrate this performance with our home sale. She diligently worked through a failed Lease/Purchase agreement during Covid and then successfully culminated the process with a new sale. She is diligent, persevering and very attentive to customers as both a buyer or seller representative. Most highly recommend Judy for all real-estate activities.

Noel is an amazing realtor!! She was always available to us whenever we needed anything, no matter how small the request or question. She consistently went above and beyond expectations to make sure the sale was smooth and easy. She even went onour last walk through with us to be sure no detail was missed. She was also extremely proactive in advertising and showing the house to ensure a quick sale. I don’t feel like I only gained a permanent realtor; but also a friend.

Noel did an amazing job, listing our home. She was so thorough and efficient throughout the process that we didn't even feel any stress of selling our house. She aren't looks very simple and did all the hard work for us. If your planning to sell your house, she is the one you to be your real estate agent!!! Highly recommended.

Elaine was excellent! From the moment I contacted her with interest in selling my mothers home she was on the job. After our first conversation I knew we had made the right choice in our agent. Before she even viewed the inside of my mothers home she had definitely done her homework in the area. She recommended an asking price well beyond what I expected and she was dead on with it! The house had multiple offers in the first week of listing and we closed shortly after. I highly recommend Elaine for anyone needing a realtor as I will definitely be using her again in the future.

Judy was extremely supportive and helpful throughout our selling and buying experience. She was efficient and was clearly knowledgeable about the real estate arena. During times of high stress, she always found a way to reassure us that everything was going to be just fine, and it was! I highly recommend Judy and will be referring her to all friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks again Judy!

If you are looking for or selling real estate in the Savannah market area, this is your agent! She recently represented us in a Dutch Island purchase and exceeded our expectations by her attention to our needs, communication between the parties involved and simply made things go as smoothly as possible for my family. I would strongly recommend her representation with any real estate needs.
